Jules is a qualified & accredited senior coach who works with ADHD and AuDHD adults. Late-diagnosed as AuDHD in her forties and parent to two neurodivergent home-educated daughters, she brings lived-experience alongside her professional qualifications.

Her approach is rooted in the Kindred Ethos which shapes a safe & supportive coaching space where you are welcome to show up as yourself. She work with both self-funded clients and Access to Work clients.

Aside from 1:1 coaching, Jules co-hosts monthly walking meet-ups in Yorkshire for neurodivergent adults and future projects coming soon include a self-led psychoeducation programme and peer support circles.
