About Becoming A Host
- We deliver events under our brand
- Hosts may deliver events online or in person depending on the agreement
- For online events, hosts provide their own meeting link which we distribute to registered attendees
- Payments are processed directly to Inclusion Support Hub
- Receive visibility, credibility, and tiered membership access depending on delivery format.
- The Hub maintains the brand, IP and booking control
- You remain fully responsible for their own business activities, advice, professional conduct and event delivery
- Ticket setup, event listings and booking communication are created and managed by ISH.

-The model is designed to support early-stage, inclusive and lived experience-led business owners who are confident enough to host, but still growing.

This model is designed to support hosts in building long-term visibility and sustainable opportunities, not just one-off event exposure.

Become A Host Today…
Host Responsibilities
Hosts agree to:
- Deliver the event professionally under the Hub’s branding
- Where reasonable adjustments are required, you may involve an additional facilitator or co-host. One primary host must remain responsible for the event.
- Promote the event on your own platforms
- Represent Inclusion Support Hub positively
- Hosts are responsible for ensuring any advice, guidance or services remain within their qualifications, insurance and professional scope.
- Provide event description and details in advance
- Provide delivery link or venue details within agreed timeframes prior to publication.
- Take photos where consent allows
- Share post-event highlights or feedback
- Events are normally delivered within the host’s local area unless otherwise agreed.
Promotion & Visibility
- Events are promoted across the Hub’s platforms, while hosts are encouraged to promote within their own audience to maximise reach and attendance
- Hosts are not paid directly for delivering sessions within this initial model.
- Complimentary membership benefits apply to the primary host. Co-hosts may be acknowledged within event listings and promotional materials. Any additional membership access for co-hosts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The exchange is visibility, membership, and long-term growth.
Attendee Follow-Up
- Hosts may invite attendees to connect, access resources, mailing lists or future services
- Attendee contact details are not shared automatically
- Optional sign up opportunities, resources and links
Event Delivery Responsibilities

Online events
- Provide and manage your own delivery platform (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet)
- Cover any platform costs, time limits, or upgrades required
- Platform subscriptions or overage costs are not covered by Inclusion Support Hub.
- Attendees receive the event link from Inclusion Support Hub, but hosts remain responsible for delivery.
- Manage attendee conduct, safeguarding considerations and platform moderation during live sessions.
In-Person events
- Source and manage your own venue
- Cover any venue hire costs, insurance, or setup requirements
- Inclusion Support Hub does not cover venue or travel expenses
- Events are expected to take place within the host’s local area unless otherwise agreed
