Become An Events Host
Share your knowledge, experience and ideas through our growing UK wide platform. As an Event Host, you can support our community, build meaningful connections and help shape areas linked to our wider vision.
How It Works
Inclusion Support Hub promotes and manages each event through its growing platform. Events may take place online or in person, depending on the agreed format.
As the Event Host, you plan and deliver your session using your own knowledge, experience and materials. For online events, you also provide the meeting link so we can share it with registered attendees.
Meanwhile, Inclusion Support Hub manages the event listing, bookings, payment collection and attendee confirmations. Any payment or membership arrangement will be agreed with you before the event is published.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your content, your professional conduct and the safe delivery of your event. In addition, you must only provide services that fall within your experience, qualifications and professional boundaries.
Before confirming an event, we will agree how your content, recordings and promotional materials may be used. Therefore, ownership and permission will be clear for both parties.
Full responsibilities, payment terms, accessibility expectations and content permissions will be included in a separate Event Host Agreement.
What do you gain as an Inclusion Support Hub Host?
- Reach people already looking for neurodivergent, disabled, and lived experience led services.
- Build credibility by partnering with an established platform.
- Increase your visibility before, during, and after every event.
- Save time with managed bookings, payments, and attendee communications.

Host Business Visibility & Promotion
- Your business name, brand, and services appear in event listings and promotional content.
- We’ll introduce you as the named event host or facilitator.
- We’ll promote both your event and your business across Inclusion Support Hub platforms.
- Your visibility continues beyond a single event through your directory listing and future opportunities.
NOTE: Visibility and attendance vary depending on audience interest, promotion, and your event topic. Therefore, we cannot guarantee attendance levels.
Instead, our partnership focuses on helping you build long term visibility, credibility, and sustainable business growth rather than one off event exposure.
