What we do
Simplified Support is a parent led and professionally grounded service that helps families navigate SEND, EHCPs, social care and disability support. We take the most overwhelming parts of the system and make them understandable, manageable and achievable. Our digital assistants guide families through applications, appeals, evidence gathering, letters, requests for assessment, DLA, EOTAS and more. Alongside this we offer real human support, training and specialist input from psychology, SEND law and lived experience.

Who we support
We support parent carers, families, young people and the professionals who stand alongside them. That includes parents beginning the EHCP process, families already in crisis, those facing refusal decisions, schools trying to do the right thing, and charities or CICs wanting to strengthen their SEND offer. We work with anyone who needs a clear, grounded route through a system that often feels impossible.

What makes our work inclusive
Our work is rooted in both lived experience and professional expertise, which means we understand the realities of SEND from every angle. We value neurodivergent voices, disabled parents, families from all backgrounds and those who feel unheard in traditional systems. Accessibility is at the heart of everything we build. Our resources use plain English. Our tools remove complexity. Our training uses psychology informed approaches around trauma, EBSA, burnout and neurodiversity.
We do not expect families to fit the system. We build support that fits them.
