I am an integrative counsellor and declutter coach based in Chippenham. I work with adults on a one-to-one basis in-person, online, by phone and home visits. I work inclusively with adults of all ages and backgrounds, including with neurodiverse and LGBTQAI+ individuals, people with traumas, bereavements, identity issues, anxiety, depression and hoarding behaviours. I believe in a compassionate but active approach where individuals can understand themselves better by discussing their feelings in a safe environment. My aim is always for clients to rediscover their inner confidence and increase their resilience for the long term.
