Bridge Mentoring provides specialist support for neurodivergent people across all stages of life. Our trainers, tutors, and mentors bring both personal and professional experience in autism, ADHD, and specific learning differences, and every team member holds a postgraduate qualification in neurodivergence, education, or the social sciences. This means our support is grounded in lived experience, academic knowledge, and a deep understanding of what neurodivergent people need to thrive.

We work from the Social Model of Disability, focusing on the whole person and removing barriers rather than placing expectations on individuals to “fit” systems. Our approach is relational, strengths‑based, and centred on wellbeing.

In Higher Education, our mission is to empower students by breaking down barriers to learning and helping them make the most of university life. We have extensive knowledge of academic expectations, university culture, and the reasonable adjustments available to students. We continually expand our understanding of neurodivergence by listening to students, engaging in research, and attending regular training and events.

Beyond university, we support neurodivergent people across the lifespan — including young people who are homeschooled or educated outside of school, adults navigating the workplace, and anyone with a spiky profile who benefits from tailored, compassionate support. Whether through mentoring, tutoring, or workplace guidance, we help individuals feel understood, equipped, and confident in the environments they move through.
