Members & Terms

These Member Terms and Conditions set out the terms on which membership of Inclusion Support Hub is provided.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Inclusion Support Hub

1.1 Inclusion Support Hub is a United Kingdom based digital platform and directory operated as a sole trader business.
1.2 Its purpose is to improve the visibility of inclusive and aspiring inclusive services by making them easier to find through a central directory and related member features.
1.3 Inclusion Support Hub does not provide services to the general public and does not act as a service provider.

2. Eligibility for Membership

2.1 Membership is available to businesses, charities and not for profit organisations only.
2.2 Individuals who are members of the public are not eligible for membership.
2.3 All members must be aged 18 years or over.
2.4 Membership is limited to organisations operating within the United Kingdom.

3. Membership Services

3.1 Depending on the membership tier selected, membership may include access to:
(a) A directory listing on Inclusion Support Hub
(b) The ability to manage and edit your own listing
(c) Access to member only information, resources or updates
(d) Opportunities for collaboration, signposting and shared visibility
(e) Invitations or access to events, training or resources hosted by Inclusion Support Hub or third parties

3.2 The availability of specific features may vary by membership tier and may change from time to time.

4. Exclusions from Membership Services

4.1 Membership does not include:
(a) One to one support
(b) Advocacy, casework or representation
(c) Guaranteed visibility, referrals or business outcomes
(d) Legal, medical or financial advice
(e) Direct involvement in member operations or service delivery

4.2 Inclusion Support Hub acts solely as a platform and directory.

5. Directory Listings and Member Obligations

5.1 Members are solely responsible for:
(a) The accuracy, completeness and legality of their directory listing
(b) Keeping all listing information up to date
(c) Ensuring they hold the rights to all content submitted
(d) Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Inclusion Support Hub accepts no responsibility for the services offered by members or for any outcomes arising from interactions between members and third parties.
5.3 Any contractual relationship formed with clients or service users is entirely the responsibility of the member.
5.4 Inclusion Support Hub reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful, offensive or inconsistent with the values of the platform.

6. Fees, Payments and Renewal

6.1 Membership fees are payable in advance and are available on a monthly or annual basis.
6.2 Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
6.3 Members are responsible for managing their subscription and ensuring cancellation occurs before renewal where continuation is not desired.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Membership fees are non refundable once membership access has commenced.
7.2 As membership is offered exclusively to businesses, charities and not for profit organisations, consumer cancellation and cooling off rights do not apply.
7.3 Cancellation of membership will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 Members agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
8.2 Members must not submit content that is misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or offensive.
8.3 Members must not imply endorsement or partnership with Inclusion Support Hub where none exists.
8.4 Inclusion Support Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership where these standards are breached.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Members retain ownership of their own content.
9.2 By submitting content, members grant Inclusion Support Hub permission to display, promote and reference such content for platform and promotional purposes.
9.3 All branding, platform materials and original content created by Inclusion Support Hub remain the intellectual property of Inclusion Support Hub unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Inclusion Support Hub shall not be liable for:
(a) Loss of income, revenue or business opportunity
(b) Client disputes or service complaints
(c) Outcomes arising from directory listings, collaborations or referrals

10.2 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Changes to Membership or Terms

11.1 Inclusion Support Hub may amend these terms or modify membership features from time to time.
11.2 Members will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

12. Job Listings
12.1 Inclusion Support Hub may provide an area of the platform where organisations may advertise employment opportunities, volunteer roles or vacancies.
12.2 Job listings may be made available on a free or paid basis, at the discretion of Inclusion Support Hub. Access to job listings does not require the purchase of a paid membership.
12.3 Inclusion Support Hub acts solely as an advertising platform for job listings and does not act as an employer, recruiter or employment agency.
12.4 All job listings are the sole responsibility of the organisation submitting them. Organisations must ensure that all information provided is accurate, lawful and not misleading, and that listings comply with all applicable employment and equality legislation.
12.5 Inclusion Support Hub does not verify the accuracy of job listings and makes no representations or warranties in relation to the suitability, availability or outcome of any vacancy.
12.6 Any recruitment process, communication, selection or contractual relationship arising from a job listing is strictly between the organisation advertising the role and the applicant. Inclusion Support Hub has no involvement in and accepts no responsibility for recruitment decisions, employment terms or disputes.
12.7 Inclusion Support Hub reserves the right to remove or suspend any job listing that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, offensive or inconsistent with the values of the platform.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
