Practical Advocacy and Digital Support
Practical Advocacy
Description
I support neurodivergent adults, particularly those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start with everything they’re trying to manage.
You might be:
• Trying to run or grow a business but don’t know what to prioritise
• Staring at tasks, emails, or systems and feeling shut down
• Saying “I’ll do it later” but later doesn’t seem to come back
• Feeling like there’s too much information and no clear direction
• Wanting support but not wanting to feel judged or overwhelmed further
This is a calm, structured space where you don’t have to have it all figured out.
This call is not advocacy or casework. It is a clarity and direction session to help you make sense of what you are dealing with and decide next steps.
You can use this time to:
• Talk through what is feeling overwhelming
• Break things down into manageable steps
• Get clarity on what kind of support may helpBe signposted to appropriate services or resources where needed
I can support with:
• Understanding and navigating online information or websites
• Organising thoughts, emails, or next steps
• Communication support using digital tools
• Using tools like email, documents, or AI support to reduce overwhelm
• General digital support for Windows laptops or Android devices
Sessions take place online/in-person/hybrid depending on location. I can meet in-person within a 10 mile radius of Devizes, Wiltshire
