The Hub is intentionally small, focused, neurodivergent and lived-experience-led. We are not mass directory trying to list everything at once. Our aims are to prioritise inclusive, neurodivergent-led and lived-experience-led services, with clear boundaries around what is included.

As a result, we designed the platform to reduce overwhelm for both service providers and the people searching for support by keeping listings clear, structured, and relevant.

Rather than relying on algorithms, paid ads, or word-of-mouth alone, we provide a dedicated space where inclusive services can be found more easily and sustainably.

The platform also supports service providers through visibility, optional featured placement, shared resources, and community spaces, without requiring them to deliver services on behalf of the Hub.
